Once a television repair shop in the 1950’s and most recently a dry cleaning business, this downtown property in Ashland, OR became the vision of a local artist. Having created other galleries in New York, this client had strong vision and worked well with architect Carlos Delgado. The project included structural upgrades, utility upgrades, new roof framing system, a new thermal envelope, and compliance with ADA standards. The project incorporates an art showing gallery as well as an artist’s workspace.
