Griffin

This replacement dwelling was driven to reflect the clients love of cooking and their love of growing food. Architect Carlos Delgado worked seamlessly with them to create an ultra efficient home that ties directly in with the garden landscape that completely surrounds it. We used a blend of recycled Faswall wall systems and 2×10 wall construction, with blown in cellulose insulation, to create an incredibly insulated building envelope. Add a six inch concrete hydronic radiant floor system and HRV air exchange and the home gains unprecedented comfort, efficiency, and indoor air quality. Energy Trust of Oregon and Earth Advantage certified.
